Oliver Mintzlaff, the CEO of Red Bull, has publicly expressed support for Christian Horner, the team principal of their Formula 1 (F1) team. The controversy surrounding Horner has been the center of attention in the F1 community for the past two weeks, overshadowing the Bahrain Grand Prix and causing unrest within the Red Bull team.

Last week, Red Bull’s board conducted an internal investigation into the accusations against Horner regarding his behavior towards a female staff member. The board dismissed these accusations, and the woman in question has been suspended. Horner himself has stated that it is time to put an end to the scandal.

Despite these developments, reports of turmoil within the Red Bull team have continued to keep Horner in the headlines. Jos Verstappen, the father of Red Bull driver Max Verstappen, has even warned that the controversy is causing division among people.

However, Oliver Mintzlaff, the director of Red Bull GmbH, has seemingly shown his support for Horner. In an interview with the Daily Mail in Saudi Arabia, Mintzlaff stated that they are satisfied with their management.

Mintzlaff was spotted in the Jeddah paddock on Saturday, accompanied by Red Bull advisor Helmut Marko. This adds a new twist to the ongoing saga, as Marko’s own future has also come under scrutiny.
